If you have recently received your WebPowerfx card in the mail:

After you request the WebPowerfx® card, please allow one to two weeks for delivery. When it arrives in your mail box, please save the "card carrier" onto which your card was attached, and all other mailing information. The carrier contains important identification information that you will be asked to provide if/when you require assistance from your FX Payment Partner. (Click here for more information.)

How to Activate:

You may activate your card in two ways:


• Activate By Telephone – This is the quickest way to activate your card; from the US or Canada, dial 1-800-379-2603. Everywhere else, you can call +1-561-427-1038 to activate.
  
  
• Activate Online – You may create an optional online WebPowerfx account from which you may later engage in banking features online such as viewing card activity, card-to-card transfers, wires and more. In the course of creating your online account, your card is automatically activated. To create your online account now – and activate your WebPowerfx card – please click here.

Additional Notes:

• Pin Number – Your WebPowerfx Card features several security features, including a four-digit PIN number. During the Activation process, you will be asked for your Pin#. Information about your pin# is supplied on the sticker that came affixed to your card.
   
• Receiving Payments – Activating your WebPowerfx card does not automatically cause your participating web site to begin sending payments to your WebPowerfx card. To commence payments, you must first notify the payer that your card has been activated. To learn more, click here.
