If you have Received your FX Card, but have not yet used Online Banking Features for the same Card:

WebPowerfx® offers several online banking tools, including: balance check; review transaction activity, ATM withdrawals, & fees; funds transfer to other FX cards and/or bank accounts, and more.

Most owners of FX cards activate their cards online, which also activates the online account through which banking features are available. Other new FX card holders activate their cards over the telephone, and use the card only for ATM withdrawals and point-of-purchase retail transactions, electing to utilize online banking features only later.

If you are also activating your FX card online at this time:

Please save the "card carrier" onto which your card was attached, and all other mailing information, including the envelope. The carrier contains important identification information that you will be asked to provide if/when you require customer service from your bank, WebPowerfx, or FX Payment Partner. Creating your online account:
• Creating an account on WebPowerfx.com is optional for cardholders, but will give you access to a full range of banking services, like checking your balance and transaction history, wire transfers, card-to-card transfers and even free online bill pay for US residents.
  
• If you haven't already activated your WebPowerfx card, creating an online account will automatically activate it for you.
  
• Creating your online account does not automatically cause your participating web site to begin sending payments to your card. For more information, click here.
